  • Centering the body gives you a felt sense of your own wholeness.
  • Overtime, this gives rise to language and new patterns that make it possible to fully feel and embody this wholeness in your every day life.
  • Growing your capacity to be present with your grief naturally increases your capacity to be present with all the parts of you without shutting down.

  • I typically meet with new clients on a weekly basis, depending on scheduling, finances and other support they are receiving.

Investment for Couples

  • Sessions are sliding scale $150-$180

In our sessions, we will utilize meditative and reflective practices, somatic and movement based directives, writing, art making and verbal processing to allow your full self to be expressed and make meaning from your experiences. 

You will get a chance to practice feeling fully and moving in the context of a safe relationship, which gives your body the lived experience needed to embody your fullness in your every day life.
