Over 12 or 24 individual 75 minute sessions, we will utilize meditative and reflective practices, somatic and movement based directives, writing, art making and verbal processing to allow your full self to be expressed and make meaning from your experiences.
You will get a chance to practice feeling fully and moving in the context of a safe relationship, which gives your body the lived experience needed to embody your fullness in your every day life.
You will leave with a deeply felt sense of your own interconnectedness.
